“On behalf of my mother, I want to thank you for your excellent and kind visit with my mother last week. From the moment we accessed your receptionist, I was impressed with the level of professionalisim and courtesy exhibited by everyone associated with the practice. My mother has had many healthcare workers throughout her life – some good, some not so good. It’s amazing to me the importance of bedside manner and simple human kindness. My mother’s fears were quieted by you and your nurses and receptionists. Also, your patience, knowledge, and thoroughness were a breath of fresh air for a tired and fearful senior citizen. Thank you for helping restore her faith in the medical system.”

“Just a brief note to thank you from the depths of my heart for all of your efforts in attempting to help my mother with her leukemia. We had all hoped and prayed for a successful course of treatment that would have put her into remission, unfortunately, that was not meant to be. I want you to know that I admire you and respect your professional judgement and integrity – you had preserved in attempting to help my mother, and for that, I am extremely grateful! Losing my mother has been very difficult to endure, but I know that she is at peace now without any more suffering and that every effort had been made to help her during her hospitalizations; for it is these thoughts that give me much comfort and consolation. I thank you also for your phone calls in keeping me updated with her plan of care, and for the beautiful sympathy card!”

“Just a short note to thank you for all your loving care of my friend this past 1 1/2 years. I miss him every minute of the day & wake up during the night and can’t get back to sleep knowing I will not see him in the morning. He was my best friend. He picked me up for work every A.M. & helped me at the Senior Center all day and then brought me home. He spent every Sunday with my family and me. He helped me with my son who is a recovering alcoholic. My son, & everyone else who knew him, loved him very much. He spent his whole life helping others. I miss him when I look at trees, the rushing creeks, the stars at night, the clouds during the day, the sunrise & the sunset, the glistening snow, the breeze on my face, the music we loved, the friends & family we shared – just everything. I just want to thank you for extending his life & allowing us the opportunity to enjoy him as long as possible. Please thank your staff for their patience & caring.”

“A bit less than a year ago a gray cloud had descended in my direction. That early gloom has been whisked away by a mighty warrior wearing a white coat and glasses. The sun shines down on me, as I reflect that there is still time to say yes to life. That is a bit of a miracle. For that, thank you. I wanted to give you a little token. Somehow a 30lb turkey wasn’t quite right. But this Goddess is. Her credentials seem just right and she will be a little something to pass on to your children. She has imperfections, like the nick on her nose. No doubt he result of Roman youths throwing rocks during spring break.”

“Thank you for being such a wonderful support system for me during the most difficult times. I am so happy to say I got my transplant at John Hopkins. My husband donated to another woman and I received her husbands. It was a couple swap – Everything went so well! And it is functioning great! I will always remember how positive you were to me and pray other doctors will do the same! You’re Awesome!!”
– S.M.

You always treated her medically and personally with great care and compassion. My family and I especially thank you for your patience, and understanding and willingness to take phone calls from us to answer our questions and to provide additional information regarding my mother’s treatments.
